RAYNET in Yorkshire
There are a number of RAYNET groups spread throughout the region. While each group supports events in its local area, they also work together on bigger events and training exercises.
RAYNET in West Yorkshire is represented by five groups covering four of the five unitary authority areas within the county. There are two groups in North Yorkshire based around Richmond and Harrogate. North Yorkshire calls on the Cleveland Group for a first response to emergencies on the east side of the county. There is one group in East Yorkshire and one in South Yorkshire - Sheffield & Rotherham.
